What is Pick The Pros?
Pick The Pros is a tradition at the Distillery. Football fans from across the area head to our four locations to predict which teams will win their Sunday match-ups each week during football season. This year, we've thrown everything into a digital package so you can view your contest ranking online, change your picks prior to game time and enter all of your picks with the click of a button.
Who can enter?
The contest is open to anyone in the Distillery's geographic area who is 21 years of age or older.
How do I enter?
It's simple. Visit the homepage of the Pick The Pros site from your computer or mobile phone to register with your email and set up an account. From there, you'll receive email confirmation and can begin making your picks for the week.
What if I don't have an email address?
You can either set up a free email account (we suggest Yahoo! or Gmail) or visit The Distillery location on Sundays to have a staff member assist you in creating one to use for the season. Paper ballots (which are submitted in your Distillery location) are discouraged, but can be used in extenuating circumstances.
When can I enter?
You can enter your weekly picks anytime before that week's cut-off deadline on Sunday afternoon. Any entries after the cut-off time will not be counted, so be sure to get your picks in the system before it closes for the week.
What's in it for me?
It's a blast--ask anyone who's played in past years. Also, you have the chance to win some super awesome prizes (a Weber grill, a cruise package, a $100 Distillery gift card or a $50 gas card).
What's the Golden Ticket promotion?
One Golden Ticket will be handed to the first 100 individuals entering each Distillery location beginning noon on Sundays. Golden Tickets will be used as an entry form in the drawing for the Weber Grill that will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 5-7pm. All participants must be present at their "home" location to submit their Gold Tickets to be eligible to win the prize. The maximum number of Golden Tickets that can be submitted for this drawing is 17 regular season tickets (coinciding with 17 weeks during the regular season) per person. The more you have, the better your chances to win the prize.

How do I accumulate points?
Regular Season: Participants guess the winner of each football game played on Sunday by entering on their smartphone, computer or paper ballot. Each correct pick represents one (1) point. The participant who correctly predicts the outcome of the most games played that Sunday (during the regular season) will be eligible to receive a $100.00 Distillery Gift Card. Second place participant will be eligible for a $50 Gas Gift Card.
Playoff Games: Each weekend, participants guess the winner of each football game played on that Saturday and /or Sunday. All picks for the weekend must be submitted prior to 2pm on SATURDAY for all games played that weekend. Each correct pick represents fifteen (15) points. No weekiy prizes will be awarded after the regular season has ended.
Super Bowl: On Super Bowl Sunday, participants guess the winner of the Super Bowl. A correct pick represents fifty (50) points. Picks must be submitted prior to kickoff of the Super Bowl.
What if there's a tie?
When you make your picks for each week, there will be a field for a tiebreaker number. The tiebreaker number will be based on the combined scores for all games that day. For example: If there are 10 games, each with an average score of 20, the closest tiebreaker number would be 200. The entrant who has entered the number that is closest to that amount will be deemed the winner. Note: If a tie still exists, it will be resolved by the computer picking a winner at random.
Do I have to visit The Distillery to win?
In a word, yes. Participants whose score makes them eligible for one of the weekly prizes (first place wins a $100 Distillery Gift Card, second place wins a $50 Gas Card) must be present at the "home" location at 3pm the following Sunday when prize winners will be formally announced. All eligible participants must be present at this time in order to collect their prize. Prizes will not be dispersed prior to 3pm that day. Any eligible participant not present for the formal announcement will forfeit their prize to the next highest ranking player for that week. Up to five participants may be called as alternate winners each Sunday, in the event higher ranking eligible participants are not in attendance.
