The Distillery Restaurant Franchising Corp. "Pick the Pros Contest" is offered during the NFL Football Regular Season Sunday games, Playoff Weekend Games and the Super Bowl. This excludes any weekday games.</p>

<p class="popup"><b>Regular Season:</b> Participants guess the winner of each football game played on Sunday by entering on their smartphone, computer or paper ballot.  Each correct pick represents one (1) point. The participant who correctly predicts the outcome of the most games played that Sunday (during the regular season) will be eligible to receive a $100.00 Distillery Gift Card.  2nd Place participant will be eligible for a $50 Gas Gift Card.</p> 

<p class="popup">Results will be available for viewing online each week. Participants will receive no other notification. Participants whose score makes them eligible for one of the weekly prizes (First place score $100 Distillery Gift Card or second place score $50 Gas Card) must be present at their "home" location at 3pm the following Sunday when prize winners will be formally announced. All eligible participants must be present at this time in order to collect their prize.  Prizes will not be dispersed prior to 3pm the following Sunday.  Any eligible participant not present for the formal announcement will forfeit their prize to the next highest ranking player for that week. Up to five participants may be called each Sunday in the event higher ranking eligible participants are not in attendance. The tiebreaker number will be based on the combined scores for all games that day. For example: If there are 10 games, each with an average score of 20, the closest tiebreaker number would be 200. The entrant who has entered the number that is closest to that amount will be deemed the winner. Note: If a tie still exists, it will be resolved by the computer picking a winner at random.</p>

<p class="popup">100 Golden Tickets will be issued each Sunday (throughout the regular season starting at 12 noon) to the first 100 guests at each location. One Golden Ticket per contestant per week. Be sure to  fill out (your full name and email address) and keep these tickets in a safe place so that you can submit them at your home Distillery on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 5-7pm for a drawing to be held on that evening shortly after 7pm. No more than 17 Regular Season Golden Tickets per person will be accepted for the drawing. In addition, Promotional Golden Tickets will be honored and will be clearly marked. Individuals submitting duplicate regular season Golden Tickets from the same week will be disqualified from participating in the drawing and will not share in any prize. Random drawing on February 15th will determine the winner of  The Ultimate Weber Grill Package including a $100 Gift Card from Palmers Direct to you Market. Participants MUST be present to win. Any entrant discovered to have submitted more than 17 Regular Season Golden Tickets or multiple Golden Tickets from the same week will forfeit any prize.</p>

<p class="popup"><b>Playoff Games:</b> Each weekend, participants guess the winner of each football game played on that Saturday and /or Sunday. All picks for the weekend must be submitted prior to cut-off time on SATURDAY for all games played that weekend. Each correct pick represents fifteen (15) points. No weekly prizes will be awarded after the regular season has ended.</p>
 
<p class="popup"><b>Super Bowl:</b> On Super Bowl Sunday, participants guess the winner of the Super Bowl. A correct pick represents fifty (50) points. Picks must be submitted prior to kickoff of the Super Bowl. Each person in attendance at the Distillery Restaurant at the kickoff of the Super Bowl will be awarded a Promotional Golden Ticket. The player ending the season with the most points will win the Ultimate Cruise.</p>

<p class="popup">- All Regular Season games entries must be submitted BEFORE 2 PM EACH SUNDAY. One entry per person. You must be 21 or older to participate in this contest. Persons submitting more than one entry will be disqualified from participating in the contest and will be ineligible to win any prizes. Distillery Employees, their families and those associated with the Distillery are not eligible to participate in the contest or share in any prize.</p>
 
<p class="popup">- All Play-off games entries - One entry per person to be submitted prior to 2pm on Saturday. Duplicate entries will be disqualified from participating in the contest.</p>
 
<p class="popup">- Super Bowl entries must be picked and turned in prior to kick off of the Super Bowl. One entry per person and filled out completely.  Duplicate entries will be disqualified from participating in the contest.</p>
 
<p class="popup">- There can be only one eligible player for each of the weekly prizes.  If two or more participants tie, a random computer generated drawing will determine a first and second place individual. Prizes will be issued at 3pm the following Sunday.  Participants MUST be present to collect their prize.  Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of any and all prizes.</p> 

<p class="popup">- No purchase or other consideration is permitted, required or otherwise necessary to participate in the contest.  Any consideration, payment, obligation to pay, share or donate to participate, submit selection or receive any prize voids contest selection.  The decision to award prizes or not is reserved solely to The Distillery management.</p>
 
<p class="popup">- The Distillery Franchising Corp.  reserves the right to change the rules and or substitute prizes described in this contest if they are no longer available.</p>
 
<p class="popup">- The Distillery's Pick the Pros Contest is a proprietary promotion owned by The Distillery Franchising Corp. and may not be used in whole or in part without obtaining written permission from The Distillery Franchising Corp. The pairing sheets are the property of The Distillery Restaurant Franchising Corp. and may only be used for the purposes for which they were intended and no other purpose.</p> 

<p class="popup">- All entrants must be at least 21 years of age and must live in The Distillery's demographic area.</p>
